Here's how it works:
INITIAL CONSULTATION
Once you've contracted My Far & Away Itineraries to design and organize your vacation, you will complete a questionnaire telling us your travel profile and interests. If you feel further discussion is necessary, we'd be happy to consult with you via telephone or email.
PROPOSED ITINERARY
Based on the initial consultation, we will draft a proposed itinerary for your review. We will make changes or adjustments to create the perfect vacation.
PLANNING AND BOOKING
Once you've approved the proposed itinerary, we will arrange all bookings and finalize every detail. Once this phase has begun, only minimal changes to the itinerary may be allowed to avoid delays in planning and fees associated with booking changes.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Approximately two weeks prior to your departure, you will receive your customized travel packet that includes everything you need for a well-prepared trip.
