- Confirmation or recommendations for hotels
- Advice on modes of transportation
- Advice on navigating sites, tours, and guides
- Answers to the most common travel questions
Here's how it works:
SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST
Send us an email with your interest in a consulting session and preliminary information (the more information we have, the better our time will be spent together) including:
- Number of days you will be traveling
- Who will be traveling (couple, family with children, etc.)
- The dates of your travel
- The destination(s) you have chosen, plus the order and number of days you plan to be there
- Your travel preferences (5-star hotels, fine dining, budget travel, etc.)
- Details on what assistance you need
- Phone number (US residents only--email will be used for non-US residents)
RESPONSE
We will respond to your email as quickly as possible with available dates and times for a one-hour consultation.
CONSULTING SESSION
Once you've contracted with My Far & Away Itineraries, we will contact you at your reserved time and immediately begin discussing the specifics of your trip. It is your hour to ask all the questions you feel will help you plan the perfect vacation!
Consultations will only be made with the lead traveler. Group sessions or conference calls will not be accepted.
