After years in the business and building much credibility to his name, Magny sought a less "stuffy" approach to French wine tasting; thus, O-Chateau was born in the living room/office of his Parisian apartment in 2004.
Since then, Magny has taken his company to new levels. His offerings range from one-hour wine tastings to complete wine and cheese tastings; champagne cruises to private wine pairing meals; regional wine tours to wine and city tours. For groups, Magny and his team will even customize a special tasting to meet your specifications.
Not only has Magny reached new heights in his tasting classes, he has also moved from his apartment office to Les Caves du Paradis, a beautiful historic site. Located next to the Louvres Musee, Les Caves du Paradis is a stunning 17th-century cellar (King Louis XV's sommelier's personal cellar), making the entire experience as beautiful as the wine itself.
